Our Plate is Full

In America, we're heading into the stretch toward the Thanksgiving holiday. And that will probably lead to a whole other kind of 'stretch.' Why? Because our plates are 'full.' That's a good thing. Something for which to be deeply grateful. There's a flipside to the phrase 'my plate is full,' and it usually has to do with stress and anxiety. Which kind of full plate are you experiencing?
